Heart in South Carolina

The Heart in South Carolina borrows from the South Carolina state flag- a white crescent moon and Palmetto tree on a field of indigo blue.  We placed the flag within our heart.

South Carolina Facts:

• Several popular movies were filmed in South Carolina, including Full Metal Jacket, Prince of Tides, The Swamp Thing, Sleeping with Enemy, and The Notebook
• South Carolina is the only state in the U.S. that grows tea
• The first battle of the Civil War took place at Fort Sumter
