Heart Sticker Story

Alabama

Heart in Alabama is based on the what we call the Classic, "I (Heart) NY" design--red heart, black border on a white fill. This was our 3rd design pass on Alabama. 

Alaska

Heart in Alaska is modeled from the Alaska state flag color scheme. A golden heart represents the stars of the big dipper on a field of blue. 

Arizona

Heart in Arizona design is modeled after the Arizona state flag. We changed the copper star to a copper heart and put it in the field of red, yellow and blue. 

Arkansas

The Heart in Arkansas design is roughly modeled after the Arkansas state flag color scheme. We replaced the 4-point diamond with a diamond-facet-cut heart.

California

Heart in California: the golden state, is a golden state with a Pacific ocean-blue heart. The blue heart represents California's relationship with the Pacific Ocean. We have designs for NorCal, SoCal, and Central Cal.  

Colorado

Heart in Colorado displays the heart as the state of Colorado flag. Also, there are markers for all of the mountains higher than 14,000 feet also known as "the 14ers." 

Connecticut

Heart in Connecticut follows the spirit of the state's most popular license plate. A gradient blue sky is fading to a white bottom. We added a blue design in the spirit of the state license plate with a blue heart added. 

Delaware

Heart in Delaware is designed from the Delaware state license plate.  The Delaware plate is the only plate that is all numeric and sequential. For example, the Governor's plate is always #1, and the Lt. Governor is #2. 

Florida

Heart in Florida is a sunshine yellow heart in a blue state. Yellow represents Florida's relationship with the sun and blue represents all of Florida's water. 

Georgia

Heart in Georgia is a peach-colored and peach-shaped heart. Georgia is known as the peach state, and in Atlanta, there are many roads with the name Peachtree: St., Ave., Rd. 

Hawaii

Heart in Hawaii is inspired by lava. Our design has the heart made of lava. Literally, Hawaii is made of layers of lava and when it bleeds like a heart, it bleeds lava.

Idaho

Our Idaho design is a red garnet gem cut to the shape of a heart. Idaho is the gem state and this is one of the many gems you can find here.

Illinois

Heart in Chicago, Illinois is represented by the heart modeled after the City of Chicago flag. Every Chicago police officer wears the City of Chicago flag. 

Indiana

Heart in Indiana is a winner’s checker flag heart. The Hoosier State loves their racing–the IU Little 500, The Purdue Grand Prix, and the Indy 500. 

Iowa

Heart in Iowa is a golden/yellow heart representing fields and agriculture of Iowa.

Kansas

Heart in Kansas is a heart-shaped sunflower. This is the Kansas state flower and there are many fields of sunflowers throughout Kansas. The blue fill is borrowed from the state flag. 

Kentucky

Heart in Kentucky is a blue filled state for Kentucky Bluegrass, and the white heart represents the of the fences of Kentucky's horse fields. 

Louisiana

Heart in Louisiana is purple and gold for Marti Gras. Gold is also the leading color for the New Orleans Saints. 

Maine

Heart in Maine. A green state because Maine is the Pine State, a red classic heart for the state delicacy a freshly steamed lobster.

Maryland

Heart in Maryland: The heart follows the Maryland state flag, the banners of the George Calvert and Lord Baltimore. 

Massachusetts

Heart in Massachusetts follows a red white and blue motif for patriot history. 

Michigan

Heart in Michigan has a green state for lush green wilderness and a blue heart made of the waters of the great lakes. Our design features two separate stickers, Upper Michigan and Lower Michigan. We leave it to the user to display love for one or the other, or both. 

Minnesota

Heart in Minnesota is a blue heart with alternating sunlit ripples of the 10,000 lakes. 

Mississippi

Heart in Mississippi is a blue heart representing the Mississippi Delta Blues. 

Missouri

Heart in Missouri is a silver steel heart to represent the Gateway Arch. The red fill represents Mozarkite, that state rock. Learn more...

Montana

Heart in Montana is an over-sized Montana Big Sky Blue heart representing Montana's Big Sky. 

Nebraska

Heart in Nebraska, red state, red heart, white heart outline.  The design follows the Corn Huskers uniforms, simple red and white.  

Nevada

Heart in Nevada is made of the silver metallic heart and blue state for the state flag. 

New Hampshire

Heart in New Hampshire is a granite heart for the Granite State.  

New Jersey

Heart in New Jersey is a green state with a Beefsteak tomato heart for the Garden State. 

New Mexico

Heart in New Mexico follows the look of the state flag with a circle being shifted from an unbroken circle to a heart. 

New York

Heart in New York is an apple heart, representing the Big Apple of NYC and all of the apple orchards upstate. 

North Carolina

Heart in North Carolina is a classic design, modeled after the "I (heart) NY." 

South Dakota

Heart in North Dakota is a red heart with the Black Hills. 

Ohio

Heart in Ohio is a red heart with a gray state representing the get "down and dirty" hard-working, industrial people of the heartland.

Oklahoma

Heart in Oklahoma is thunderstorm-thunderhead heart and lightning strikes. The red-state filler represents the red soil of Oklahoma. 

Oregon

Heart in Oregon. A green heart because green IS the heart of Oregon. 

Pennsylvania

Heart in Pennsylvania is in the spirit of the classic Keystone State license plate of a blue plate with a golden keystone.  

Rhode Island

Heart in Rhode Island is a red state for Rhode Island Red Rooster and a blue heart with silver ripples of the ocean for RI's relationship with the Atlantic Ocean.

South Carolina

Heart in South Carolina is an indigo blue heart and the palmetto and crescent moon, following the state flag. 

North Dakota

Heart in South Dakota is a red heart with the Mt. Rushmore design across it. 

Tennessee

Heart in Tennessee is designed after the Tennessee state flag.

Texas

Heart in Texas is the Texas state flag. 

Utah

Heart in Utah is a snowflake heart and the beautiful blue sky of western high desert. 

Vermont

Heart in Vermont is a green state for Vermont's green mountains with a sparkly white heart representing VT's virgin pure snow.

Virginia

Heart in Virginia is a classic red heart on a black background. The design follows the classic idea, Virginia is for Lovers. 

Washington

Heart in Washington is an Evergreen State with a white heart of the glaciers of the Washington mountain ranges. 

Washington D.C.

Heart in Washington D.C. is based on the "stars and bars" of the D.C. flag.

West Virginia

Heart in West Virginia is old gold and blue, the official state colors.  

Wisconsin

Heart in Wisconsin is a cheese heart made from Holstein cows.  

Wyoming

Heart in Wyoming is gold of the western meadowlark and the brown coat of the buffalo.
